Hello Babes! It’s officially spring, and I don’t know about you, but I still have a few extra pounds hanging out on my midriff from the holidays. Nothing crazy, don’t get me wrong! But, I would like to tone up a bit before I hit the beach.
Confidence is the most attractive quality a person can have. So, before I go rocking a bikini I want to make sure I’m 100% comfortable in my body! Who doesn’t love to sport a little bit of abs when they are in a bikini? I know I do! If you do too follow this 30-day abs challenge with me to get your sexy and toned stomach just in time for bikini season!
So here’s the deal gorgeous! The chart below is set up as a calendar chart, so that you can easily follow along each day! Don’t worry if you can’t reach the first days goal, simply take note of where you started at and adjust the rest of the 30 days based off your personal results! However, this is made to be starter friendly, so try to push through it! Trust me, it is NOT easy for me either. I know you can do it!
Remember, I’m doing this too! You’re not alone, and together we can hold each other accountable! We got this!
